Changes: Wonder Wasp

The Wonder Wasp originated as a hobby project that was intended for recreational use. However, when Jody Summer began racing, John Tanaka applied heavy modifications to the machine to make it fit for the races. Although it being a homemade machine has brought doubts, he was very thorough about what parts he used. The result is a small lightweight machine capable of powerful boosts (thus, it should stay away from other racers).
