My plans had been cancelled; whether it'd be contributing to the LOTM wiki and the F-Zero wiki, or creating more recitals for the Yakuza saga. All because there was some hefty water damage. Not from the rain, which hindered my reception, but rather the sink. It's more serious than I thought. I mean, I thought it was just a simple leak beneath the sink, where the pipe meets its underside. Apparently, the landlord claimed it's actually falling apart! Recently, my old man got some blueberries down in the drain, for some stupid reason, and I had to get them the out!! I thought I had all of them, till I noticed there were some trickles from underneath the sink while I was doing dishes, and the laundry and floor got wet. So, we called the landlord 2day, and we waited several hours for the plumber, and he was just frustrated at us from the damage; plus he lives like several miles away from the place, like an hr. If the old dog didn't clog the damned sink, this won't be happening!! And it may take an hour or 2 for repairs, and be costly no doubt. The landlord also said the strainer must stay in at all costs, so I'll be extra vigilante; I don't care if they even have to seal it in! But b4 God, I'll know whether or not it has been removed. Maybe I'll lift it a little to drain water easier, but I'm not gonna let that neglectful old coot mess with it!!
First his neglectfulness on handling my personal papers I needed for my taxes, and now this?? It's like we always have a conflict, as I'm too serious/he's too complacent! I'm taking matters into my own hands! You've no idea how guilty I've felt over this malfunction! I feel if this keeps up we can be evicted or something. All cause of thim!!
Ergh, I'm sorry I had to rant, but this was indeed one of the worst. And I just don't trust my old man as much as I used to... My trust is wearing...very thin. I know personal matters are unecessary, especially here, but at least I can still explain myself on what's happening. I hope I'll have a far better plan by the weekend..! :(
UPDATE: The plumber hasn't arrived yet!! But, at least I was finally able to do 3 vids of the Yakuza Saga; I hope I'll have that same chance tomorrow as I only have 3 vids to go on it. Hopefully...
The sink has been repaired, and literlly transformed! Must've been a fortune for the installation! I'll make sure I keep the strainer in to avoid future clogs! Plus I got the Yakuza Saga done!!
