TrumanF-Zero

Aka, Torukamu in the Japanese version.

While he may not be an F-Zero pilot and also a oneshot character, he has debuted in the anime, F-Zero GP Legend. During episode 7, he and Dream are huge fans of Rick. She and Truman were soon ambushed by a street gang within their old vintage car, but Super Arrow, ironically stepped in. He was a cocky savior, so Rick stepped in to defend the "weirdo". He drove the gangsters away and as thanks for saving them, Truman wishes for him to come along for Dream's birthday. Rick did just that and also invited Lucy, though Jack and EAD  backed down.

Rick, Lucy, and the Arrows met up with Truman and Dream at his mansion, which was mentioned it was inherited by his grandfather; that explained why he's such a millionaire complete with a lustrous house, chandelier, and butlers! Truman then said he met Dream, by accident. She saw him flip over on a dark, sharp corner and she ran to his side hoping he'd wake up. In reality, he was beaten up by a street gang as he was demanded by its head for ransom; Truman offered to capture F-Zero pilots in order to protect himself and Dream. By the time, Dream came to him, she even stayed at his bedside after they were taken to the hospital, even when Truman urged her to go home. He stated she was his "dream come true." Dream only knew that she loved him, despite the fact he was a millionaire. She then stayed put as Truman invited the guests for a surprise for her downstairs, as quirked by Super Arrow. Truman led them down and told them to stay as a surprise for saving him. But it was a trap! He activated a red laser gate onto them! He explained he conspired with the Bloody Chain, the same one that attacked him, led by Michael! Truman apparently made a bargain to protect themselves by capturing F-Zero pilots, including Rick, Lucy, and the Arrows. When he noticed she was tied up and unconscious, he realized even his butler was in on this! It turned out Rick was right about putting Dream in jeporady; however, proving his worth, the butlers let them go. Dream was thankful that Truman saved her.

Her father, though, was very worried back at the Task Force headquarters, as Dream, Rick and Lucy never returned. The mayor of Mute City  was urgent on tracking her down. Truman opens up to his love, telling her the lengths he's gone to and how he wishes to spend all his days with her. Dream is shocked and a little disgusted with this. She doesn't care for his great mansion or his fat wallet, she loves him for how kindly he's treated her, and if this is the sort of thing he does to keep his riches, she wants nothing to do with him. The flashback with Michael Chain is implied to be their first encounter, and he tracked Truman down because of his ties with Rick and company. All talk of his debt to the gang is dropped, fearing he's being disowned by his family once they hear about this ordeal. He then freed her friends then Rick, Super Arrow, and his owl, Zukk, fended off the gang, then Michael retreated. Despite his treachery, Dream still loves Truman and they wish to get married as soon as possible. They did, and she convinced her dad that Truman's the one for her.

In the English dub, it's shown that they're wedding was after a Mute Ciity race at the finish line. And they were in the audience already in their wedding garbs.
