The F-Zero Grand Prix is the seventh Chapter in the Story Mode of F-Zero GX.
Story[]
After narrowly escaping death stemming from Black Shadow and Blood Falcon's attempt to eliminate him from participating in the F-Zero Grand Prix, Captain Falcon arrives at the F-Zero Grand Prix, where he must claim victory in the championship race around a specially-designed course around Mute City.
Difficulty Changes[]
All the drivers become more skilled. Also, the race becomes longer (4 laps in Hard, 5 laps in Very Hard).

- Announcer: "Ladies and gentlemen, the contestants."
- Announcer: "The high-flying medico - Dr. Stewart!"
- Announcer: "The hit man who flies at the speed of sound - Pico!"
- Announcer: "The Japanese Warrior - Samurai Goroh!"
- Samurai Goroh: "Huh?"
- Announcer: "The Cyborg returns - Mighty Gazelle!"
- Announcer: "The Emperor of Brutality - Black Shadow!"
- Announcer: "And the Bounty Hunter - Captaaaaaaaain Falconnnnnnnnn!"
- Black Shadow: "Well, still alive it seems? But I won't miss this chance to make mincemeat of you!"
- Captain Falcon: "Black Shadow! I'll show you, you'll never beat me!"
- Announcer: "Ladies and gentlemen! Start your engines!"
After Mission Clear[]
- Announcer: "Our champion, Captain Falcon!"
- Announcer: "The F-ZERO Committee will now present the champion's prize belt."
- Black Shadow: "What the...?"
- Deathborn: "Black Shadow! You failed AGAIN! You good-for-nothing..."
- Black Shadow: "AAARGH! Forgive me, Lord Death. AAAAAAAAARGH!"
- Captain Falcon: "Ju...just who are you?"
- Deathborn: "I am Deathborn, the Grand Prix Champion of the Underworld! Why don't you and I race each other tomorrow? Surely, as champion, you have to accept!"
