The big cheese of the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, if not the entire Mute City police department. A stern fellow with a passion for justice, the chief expects the best from the Platoon and is rarely disappointed, though director John Tanaka can test his patience at times.
He's usually seen briefly in the anime, excepting the finale.
