Scale Head is a non-playable that appeared in the F-Zero Opening Comic. He is a wanted criminal that Captain Falcon is seen hunting towards the beginning of the comic at what is presumably Red Canyon. He wields a laser gun but is shot at by Captain Falcon's gun and then taken away by him aboard the Falcon Flyer. Samurai Goroh was trying to go after Scale Head as well but Captain Falcon beat him to it.
