Scale Head is a convicted criminal that Captain Falcon hunted down.
Biography
Scale Head wielded a laser gun but Captain Falcon managed to shoot it out of his hand and took him away aboard the Falcon Flyer. Samurai Goroh attempted to go after Scale Head but Falcon beat him to it.
