This plan is yet to happen, not all 40 F-Zero characters are going to exist as humanoid machines however the obvious ones like Captain Falcon and the other 3 Dr. Stewart, Samurai Goroh and Pico might make their existence in the future. There might be only 18 F-Zero characters on the list to design as humanoid machines with a different appearance because of copyright. Giving the characters a different appearance won't be that simple. 18 F-Zero characters will not be evil, they're going to be good. Why 40 of the characters won't be created as humanoid machines is because it's way too much. What do you think about this information?

I wonder, how would other planets take part in the festivities?
Just Updated
Since the F-Zero games usually just involve the characters racing, putting Captain Falcon in a fighting game like Super Smash Bros. is just wierd.
Along with this, his series has been dormant for almost 20 years. In my opinion, Captain Falcon and the F-Zero franchise should've been shelved from SSB since Brawl.

In this upcoming video, an F-ZERO pilot named #CaptainFalcon was recruited temporarily in the Galactic Patrol due to past experience as a bounty hunter, at what could happen if he met a kid monkey tail and a blue-haired scientist in #dragonball?
His Queen Cup clutch victory had to be my absolute favorite part of the whole video - the Red Gazelle may be a weak vehicle body stats wise, but my god is it one of the most satisfying vehicles to get a Grand Prix victory with.
Moral of the stream: #1 really is the lucky number.
The F-Zero series may be gone, but there’s always the possibility of fan-making a new game.

Captain Falcon is the main protagonist of the F-Zero series, and possibly the mascot as well. He is a well known bounty hunter, and the driver of the famous machine, the Blue Falcon. Other than the fact that he is from Port Town, not much else of his past is known.
Captain Falcon is a great hero. Not only did he become the champion of the F-Zero Grand Prix, but he also saved Jody Summer from a burning building, but he also defeated Deathborn, and the Creators, saving the Earth, and he vows to keep winning races. Plus in the GX Story Mode, he dresses up as 'Famicom' and wins a Bet Race for Silver Neelsen.
In his Pilot Profile video, Captain Falcon saves Mrs. Arrow's baby from an oncoming train, at the cost of ripping his pants.
When racing as Falcon, his rivals are usually Samurai Goroh, Blood Falcon, and Black Shadow. Falcon doesn't appear very much in the F-Zero anime. In episode 10, he avoids getting shot by one of Pico's bombs, and destroys a machine, preventing Rick's Dragon Bird from exploding. He also has a supporting role in episode 31, where he steals Dr. Stewart's win, and gets into a battle with Blood Falcon, defeating him by luring him off the cliff.
Pico is a professional hitman who is also a very aggressive racer. He was originally a member of the Poripoto army, where he successfully accomplished several dangerous missions.
Hailing from the planet Death Wind, Pico pilots the Wild Goose, a machine that has average handling, but good weight and boost. He plays a small role in GX's story mode, preparing to get in his vehicle when he is announced. Pico's Pilot Profile video shows him practicing blasting standees with his handguns.
In the F-Zero GP Legend anime, Pico debuts in episode 10, where he fires small bombs on the vehicles, which will detonate if the racers drive too fast, forcing them to slow down. Pico fails to shoot the Blue Falcon, but assures that his job is done. He plays a major role in episode 15 as the main villain. He tries to give John Tanaka a package that explodes if he open's it, but Jody Summer saves him.
According to Pico, he also collects knives, which all cut very well.
